1. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund (minus shipping fees).

2. How do I initiate a return?

To start the return process, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order at support[@]funny-shirts-tee.com. Make sure to include your order number, the items you wish to return, and a brief explanation for the return.

3. Do you offer prepaid return shipping labels?

Unfortunately, we do not offer prepaid return shipping labels at this time. You will need to ship the return package at your own expense using a trackable carrier.

4. What items are not eligible for returns?

  • Embroidered items: We cannot accept returns for embroidered items unless there’s a mistake on our part or a significant manufacturing defect.
  • Custom-made or limited-edition products: These items are personalized specifically for you and cannot be returned.
  • Reshipped items without prior communication: We cannot accept any items that have been reshipped without contacting our customer service team first.

5. How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

6. How do I return my items?

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address and detailed instructions. Please make sure your items are in their original packaging and unused. Ship the package back using a trackable carrier and provide us with the tracking number for confirmation.

7. Will I get a refund or an exchange?

We currently do not offer exchanges. Instead, you will receive a full refund (minus shipping fees).

8. How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return package, we will process your return within a reasonable timeframe. You will receive your refund after your return has been reviewed and accepted.

9. Are there any items that cannot be returned at all?

Yes, custom-made and limited-edition products are final sale and cannot be returned. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
