We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a simple return process. However, since we work with a production partner, we cannot offer exchanges at this time.
Unfortunately, we do not offer prepaid return shipping labels.
The refund will be a coupon code of product price to use on our website.
Return Window:
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return for a full refund (minus shipping fees).
Initiating a Return:
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order at support[@]sashaam.fr
Include your order number and a list of the items you’d like to return along with a brief explanation for the return.
Returning Your Items:
Once we receive your return request, we’ll provide you with a return address and instructions.
Pack your unused items carefully in their original packaging.
Ship your return package using a trackable carrier and provide us with the tracking number.
Return Processing:
We’ll process your return within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your package.
Important Notes:
Embroidered items are not eligible for return unless there’s a mistake on our part or a significant manufacturing defect. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with support[@]sashaam.fr to arrange a refund(coupon code) for such items.
We do not accept returns on items reshipped without prior communication.
We cannot accept returns for custom-made or limited-edition products. These items are personalized specifically for you and cannot be resold. We understand that changes of mind happen, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns for these products.
